I have over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Corporate Training. I have worked with global companies in designing learning solutions in the areas of, Management and Leadership Development, Team Performance, Team Coaching, Customer service skills, Facilitation skills, and Creating Coaching Culture.
In my time in BT, I worked with every part of the business including, call centre teams, corporate account management, research and development teams, global account management, and engineering. I have designed and delivered training for apprentices, graduates, managers, and directors in as diverse environments as India and Argentina. I have designed and delivered training via webinars to groups of over 1000 and still achieved a high level of engagement and interaction. I have also coached managers from first line leaders to managing directors.
Since starting my own business, I have worked as a consultant, coach, designer, and facilitator in a range of corporate companies from construction to retail.
As well as individual coaching clients, I am also a volunteer wellbeing coach for Macmillan.
